Your plants will arrive at your doorstep carefully cradled in a package engineered specifically for our nursery. As an added benefit, the plants will arrive in their original container with their original soil mix---to minimize plant shock, we do not bareroot the plants prior to shipment.

Received today from Thai Greenhouse in a 5" triangle USPS priority mail box. Poorly packaged. The plant itself was not in a temporarily plastic pot but plastic wrap with one single layered of newspaper inside the USPS box, no other insulation was found!
This plant came in with 2 branches, both were bent and damaged, with dried, falling leaves.

I ordered an "ONE-GALLON" plant, not a five-inch plant!!! Does the grower know the difference between ONE-GALLON vs. 5" plant???
This plant is NO WHERE near half gallon!!! I have videotaped a 4" plant I received one day prior from another seller to show the difference. The right hand side is the plant I bought from this seller.
There's a note along with the plant stated:
Immediate shipping. 1 1/2 ft+ tall. Some branches may be trimmed to fit the shipping box. Please note the plant shown in the picture is for reference only to show how the plant will look like when it is grown. The plant we ship may not look the same. We do not ship the plant in original container. We lift the plant out of its growing container and removed the loose soil. We put the soil covering the root ball to keep in the moisture.

Plants are hardy and very good size for what I ordered. They were packaged very well for shipment. plants arrived in good condition considering lentgh of travel and current summer temperatures. I hope they do well.

I'm a long time customer and have been buying plants and other stuff from Amazon.com.
I ordered 1 gallon Cestrum plant which arrived 2 days before the due date.
To my amazement there was a note included with the plant. This note was sent by "LousBonsai" Lou Ridner (nursary owner). Mr. Ridner wrote some helpful hints including the phone number for the customer and claimed they stand by their product in case of any damage.
I called Mr. Ridner and he was very helpfull in answering my questions.
I would reccomend LousBonsai strongly to anyone interested in plants.

Ordered this plant last April.
The jasmine arrived in great condition, I was pleasantly surprised.
It grew at least 3 feet during the summer, and bloomed off and on all summer.
We put it on our deck, and every single visitor thru out the summer remarked on the heavenly scent.
Would not hesitate to order from Cliftons again.

I shop not only from Amazon from every ever and I know how big is one gallon is when the plant came it was only one stem . I was shock to see that . I understand that they can send me in a big pot through mail but come on one stem. That was some the . It cost me $ 56.00 for two plant . Its suck
